KFC

This was the worst "Fast Food" experience I've had. It was a quiet time in the store. We waited over 30 minutes for our order as they served other patrons who came in after us. Definitely a "SLOW food" experience. No Process or proper customer communications to speak of or systems. :(

They always serve worst(hard and over fried burger patties) and cold food at eve time and been there so many time and same response from staff.
So plz don't go to cranbourne store

KFC Cranbourne is one of the worst KFC's I have experienced. I retry now and then, but always greasy so far, and not as finger licking tasty as other stores.

Went thru drive thru, got home half the order was missing, rang complained and was told I could get it another day. When I returned they couldn't find a record, got $30 of a $55 order! Won't ever be back.

They just had a renovation which is good since the store looked dated and old. Never had a problem here and staff let me keep my coupons to reuse! Very good service.
