Consistently the worst KFC. Always avoid it, but went there on route to pick up pizzas and ordered a complicated order of 20 wicked wings, only to receive 10. Did not get a receipt to `give them feedback', when I went back to show them, all I got was glares from the staff. Unless the wings were $1 each, I paid $20 for the 20 and was happy to wait so they could pull up my order to check. Go to Caroline Springs KFC instead.
order a zinger box and asked for no gravy. was told that they couldn't do it, why couldn't they order regular chips, 3 wicked wings and a zinger burger. she said that they'll let "them" (the people handing out the food) know but STILL charges me for the FULL price even when i said that I didn't want gravy. When I went to pick up my food at the next counter, I checked the box and there was no gravy even though i paid full price. AVOID THIS KFC IN BRIMBANK, save yourself trouble by going to KFC in Deer Park not far from this one. I would rate less than 1 star if i could.
If only this site had negative numbers. If you want cold food, to wait in the drive through for sometimes over 20 minutes, get the orders muddled, half filled chips (EVERY TIME), or never have chicken ready (you always need to wait in the waiting bay) then this is your place.
I have been there several times, only because I had a craving for KFC ... and I kept trying to convince myself that the previous poor service was just a one-off. The last time I watched as people who came in after me who ordered exactly what I had asked for, leave before me. I sat there drooling over their food through the window next to the waiting bay while my drinks were getting warm. And this wasn't a one off either. For the amount of money KFC costs, you expect MUCH better service, if you chose to go here, prepare yourself for disappointment.
a few weeks back we went to this kfc...never again..
ordered a twister..by the time we got to where we were heading and I sat and opened my lunch .. it was too late to do anything...the lettuce was GREY.. gross....
We've bought bad chicken pieces there before..but this was the last straw..
the chips were ok..that gives the 1 star.
