Average stars simply because this is a standard KFC - WYSIWYG. Not the newest of all stores but solid Kentucky's food, made to order. There is a takeaway, eat in and drive through option which is all handy although it seems the drive through is not open at all hours. Nevertheless, the potato and gravy, bread rolls and zinger burger were all made to specification and still hot and pipey when it reached my hands. Not bad when you feel like a KFC meal all in all..
Although it took a while for a staff member to recognise I was standing at the counter and ready to order, once my order was finally taken the service was polite and the meal made to order. Thankfully they were able to get the order right and it was all fresh. The restaurant itself was clean as were the toilets and car park. Overall not a bad experience but management do really need to be onsite a little more to encourage their staff
I went through the drive thru and ordered an allstars box plus a twister combo. I made them repeat my order back to me twice. I thought even though i've made them repeat my order that they wouldnt get it wrong. I got home with a ultimate burger meal and a twister on its own. No wet wipes, serviettes or spoon. This is not the first time they've stuffed up a meal. They have bad customer service and rude staff members. Worst kfc i've come across.
Shocking!
Terrible service: All i wanted was a zinger burger meal. It took the girl 10 minutes to attend to me (I was the only customer in the store) When i recieved it... the lettuce was all over the place. The paper wrap looked old. It was just shocking!
Hygine: Ive been here twice, and believe it or not, the ground is sooo slipper.. I believe its because its not cleaned regularly and there seems to be a thick layer of oil slowly dying up.. There were also 2 large Cockroachs walking on the wall... Its just terrible.
I strongly believe that it needs to be renovated, or shut down!
