I visited Echuca KFC last month as Im from out of town and consider KFC a treat when we get a chace to have it. I must say I was horrified at how dirty it was :( I had to ask for a cloth just to be able to sit at a table this was 11am so early. The floor looked as though it hadn't been swept or washed for much longer than a day, I'm very diappointed and they will need to pick up there game Or I will not return.
In my opinion, this is the worst KFC store in Australia! On one of the busiest nights of the week, there was only one employee serving, while another one packed; and the line just got longer and longer! It took over half an hour to get the meal, which is ridiculous; and it would have been longer if customer's hadn't left. To make matters worse, they got the order wrong! An untidy store with poor customer service!
Can be quite a busy store, nice new building however generally use drive through so unsure of cleanliness. Can be slow sometimes but staff are always friendly and seem to be genuinely apologetic if there is a delay. Food is always nice with no problems for staff to get your order correct.
Thos store is discusting. No one here yet cant sit at any table bevaise of filth and rubbish...
