I went to the KFC bought a large bucket of chips and informed them not to put salt and yet the chips was pounded with salt and when i asked why did you put salt and that particular counter lady said with attitude "i would have put for times more" most the counter staffs need a proper customer service training and i think it should start from management if management have proper training why are the staffs are so badly train. It is really shocking to see that the staffs are laughing and joking among themselves without concentrating on what the customers needs. I have been to many KFC branches in Melbourne this is one of the worse that i ever come across. If this keep going on im very sure Flemington KFC will lose many customers as you can view the comment and yet no improvement as been made.
The foo that this KFC sell is 100% haram when they make the burgers they use the same equipment that they used while picking up bacon and they don't clean it. The photo graver they don't know if it was halal or not. While they make the chips sometimes they use the same oil that they have used before to cook the popcorn and the popcorn is not halal. They are disgusting!!! I don't advice anyone to eat there
Very poor service, asked twice for extra salt and got home to find barely any salt and so much oil everywhere the meal was inedible. We now have to cook a meal that we can eat and clean out the oil from all the places it had leaked.... Never going there again, this is not the only bad experience I have had there, but enough to make sure it is my last
