KFC

Ordered our food told all was in the box .only to get home to waiting family to find the extra chicken l ordered and paid for was missing. Tried to ring kfc only to have a voice say we are to busy to take call and hang up on me. So folks check your order even if they say they put it in your bag. . 2 of my kids missed out on dinner because of them.

No stars. Bad customer service through drive through. First the worker talks over the speaker so i cant get a word in. After asking politely to be quiet so I could order and finalise what I wanted I moved to the paying window. Then the management has the hide to come in and abuse me, gave me a refund and told me to "F*** off."
