I've only ever ordered takeaway via the drive thru at this KFC at Helensvale. I find it convenient to grab something to eat on my way home from Brisbane sometimes. This KFC is located just off the M1 southbound not far from Movie World & Wet n Wild Water Park. The drive thru staff have always been helpful & gotten my order correct. And it's usually quick service too.
Scabbiest chicken ever. Coating missing and no meat on more than half of the mega feast. Missing all the nuggets and sauce. Trued to call and complain and no one bothered to answer. Very unhappy as it's not the first time but it will be the last. I will use another store from now on helensvale siganto drive is crap.
Not only is this the worst KFC i have ever had but it is the worst fast food i have ever had..... Food is disgusting.. I have eaten here before & the staff have forgotten parts of my order many times. The service is so slow that by the time you go back through the drive through or go inside to tell them they made a mistake, the rest of your food is stone cold. Staff are lazy and cannot take simple orders. I would rather eat grass clippings than ever go back to KFC Helensvale again!!!!!.
So I take it this was the final straw. I notice that before when you have eaten there you have had problems. Straw that broke the camels back hey. I drove passed the other day and it looks like it is being demolished
