a few weeks ago I went to KFC and made a order, got home and yes there was an item missing, the 10 nuggets, As this has happened before I was really angry again, it had been awhile since I went there nad thought that it would be ok, WRONG, I called the last times and was made to feel I was making it all up. So this time I called and went nuts at the manager. I worked in customer service and if I ran a busines like that I would be sacked. So tonight as OI was not feeloing well my daughter went donw to the Ingleburn KFC and made a order, she came home and YES, THEY DID IT AGAIN...the potato and gravy was missing and the burger she ordered, she ordered a plain one, well we got a zinger that no one would eat, I checked the docket and it had a zinger on it, but should have been plain, they did not listen and do not knw how to follow the order.
