Joondalup KFC - Bad hygiene and long wait to be served. Chicken soggy and salty, they had gotten my orders wrong numerous time. Workers there are rude.

Visibly dirty place.

Never going again.

Slow service. When I did get to place my order, the staff member didn't understand English very well, so it was a bit of a job just to get staff to understand. The restaurant area was not clean. Couldn't find a table without rubbish on it. Looks like a lot of the rubbish was on the floor as well.

Very bad service, slow paced no stress staff even though car park is jammed and line at counter passes door, missing popcorn chicken I had to re-line up again before got served by then the other food was cold. As a business owner too i don't understand why there are so many staff in there but only two staffs at the front serving and then packing each food as well. Just a warning to customers, don't be fooled by the long line that it is hot and fresh food it's just the slow process making it delayed.

Poor personal hygiene, as well as bad service.
