I have never written a review before but the food was horrible. chips were soggy and hadn’t been seasoned, the chicken in the burger was dry and there was no mayo like their usually is so it was a dry chicken pattie between two buns that were so dry they were crumbling apart and a tonne of lettuce. super disappointed.
Without sounding fat lol - my partner is a tradie- we have been to a lot of KFC and this is by far the worst. Tried it a few times to give it the benefit of the doubt and it just got worse. We now drive an additional 10 minutes (almost 20min trip) just to go to another KFC. A few customer service reps have been nice, but over all service not the best but the food- always wrong, dry, over salty, and/or things missing. Eg: order a grilled blt wrap, get a crumbed one with just lettuce and mayo. Ask for thigh piece, get a wing or none at all. Without fair every time the order is not what it should be and stuffed up not just a little- but most of it. So frustrating especially when ITS NOT THAT HARD
Went thru drive though, ordered 2 piece box, ask for coleslaw instead of potato and gravy and water for my drink, got home no coleslaw, and girl gave me Pepsi, this is not up to standard I ordered I item and they can't even get that right, I work in hospitality and this is not on, so paid $10 for chicken and chips basically and tired to ring thru 5 times but no answer
