Every single time I go to this store there is something wrong with my order. If you are going to order here; be sure to check your order before you leave!
I don’t even bother ordering in store now, if you order on the app you’ll get your order before the people who were queued before you arrive even get to order. The drive thru queue is always onto the road.
Disgusting staff and very unprefessional. My friend And I went to drive through and this name Tea came back to us with our $50 tear apart! And asking us another $50. The staff says they have to do it to check as they think it's a fake money? without asking us. What if it is happen to you? Would be happy when a KFC staff did it to you? Which is basically taking off your rights and being accused of having a fake money? How stupid is that! Very disappointed of everything in KFC Kedron and I can't believe they can do that!. If I can tell everyone who come to KFC kedron I will. Please people if you are having bad experience with KFC Kedron please keep putting review until whoever the head boss or manager in KFC will do action to this incidents. If you are going to us me if I and my family ever buy again from KFC kedron? Never over my dead body!!!!!!!!.
Worst service that I have experienced. Tried it several times, some staff are very rude and intentionally give you the wrong order or missing chips. I have always tried the drive throw. Never again going there. Plz do not encourage bad service and stop going there. Spread the message.
