Newly refurbished. Plenty of parking. Accessible from Parramatta Road either direction or from Lidcombe.
The chicken is never crispy. There is apparently a method to dipping chicken and cooking it and it seems one step it's missing.
The drive thru access is great but dine in if you get the chance. It is accessible to a local park if you drive thru or to Olympic Park literally 2mins up the road.
I can't stand going to this KFC because of all their rubbish surrounding the store. After purchasing a zinger burger I went to eat my lunch outside and I walked past a lot of wrappers and was disgusted. I had to leave to eat my lunch elsewhere. Maybe if they placed more bins it could be improved.
I had bad experience at this KFC twice now, first time was a long long waiting list, only one staff there servicing 10 people, Yesterday, purchased a 3 fillet lunch, they didn't include a burger in the bag, lucky I've asked, since they didn't mention anything about it. Horrible customer service, not recommended at all.
