I was very disappointed at the quality of the service I received last week. It was a little less than an hour till their closing time and I'd ordered a take away. I didn't notice till I got home that not only did they forget to give me my chicken nuggets, but the chips were really old and stale. There were no other customers when I was ordering, so I didn't understand how they could make such a mistake until I returned to get my missing nuggets that I realized the staff were too busy eating at the back and gossiping. When I finally got their attention and asked them for my nuggets they were rude, slow, and there were no apologies.
Overall I've never been so disappointed with any fast food joint, my advice is if you're going to go there to buy food make sure you don't come too late or the staff will be too busy stuffing their faces to bother with you!
