Wondering why it is that the teenage staff here are incapable of frequently or regularly filling an order accurately. Is it the local school education, the way they are raised at home, or something else? I have never seen anything like it, and my children (who have experienced many other places) have noticed this problem too. There has been only ONE exception where our order did not have to be returned for missing or incorrect items. These days we expect the worst, and check every box/bag at the drive through window or instore counter, with the greatest of apologies to the other customers then forced to wait whilst we do so. The teenage staff need to learn to listen properly, as this experience must drive customers away.
