Ordered a 'Mega Bucket' over the counter only to find the large potato & gravy missing on returning to where I was staying. No problem as I know mistakes can happen. I left 8 hungry people at our resort & drove back to the outlet from Surfers Paradise to get the meal replaced. I got a very limp unfriendly apology from the manager. I also requested he throw in a free 1.25ml soft drink as I had wasted an hour of my day, kept my friends waiting, not to mention cost of fuel driving back there to fix " THEIR MISTAKE " !
The manager flatly refused to throw in the soft drink as a token of 'goodwill' . His attitude was so poor I asked for a full refund.

Worst KFC I have ever experienced. Everything I ordered was overcooked and had obviously been sitting there for quite some time. To top it off they almost forgot the one thing my nephew was looking forward to - his krusher. The purpose I thought of drive through was to offer a quick takeaway service but the staff here se yo have missed that memo considering the wait time only to get to the window & see the staff enjoying a coffee and a chat. Not cool when you have a lineup of customers and one car has already reversed out in disgust. Poor service, terrible food and just plain frustrating.
