I am one very disappoint customer I just bought a meal through the drive through and was asked to wait in the parking bay and it would be out in a few mins well we ended up waiting over 15-20 mins for my meal and in the end I had to fiscally get out of my car and go to see were my meal is and the bloke was just standing there talking to another employee and I had to ask them where my meal was and they said here it is. but it was stone cold and I'm not a very happy customer I think u need to short out your staffs prioritize us instead of talking to other workers which they can do at any other time and work one getting to your customers please
