KFC

Pretty poor customer service. PD for two pkts nuggets x 24 only to put all in one box. When I requested two boxes she gave me another and told me to do it myself. Later discovered they can't count and we're short. Rang and advised not much she could do. Asked for manager to call back. Never did. Messaged, Facebook phone calls, still no response from store. Have now requested for area manager to call back. Should not get this far. Won't be going back. Order prior to this they also got wrong,

Been to this KFC a number of times and they will without fail mess up every order, and service not much better.

I have been to this outlet several times and almost always get a wrong order. Last time I asked for a popcorn melt and was given a small chocolate cake instead! How one can sound anything like the other is a puzzle. I also asked three times for this order and they still got it wrong! Chicken has been 'off' a couple of times as well. Also, they often run out of food and one has to wait in the carpark for them to cook more. Hardly a takeaway, time-saving service!

I used to like KFC, but this store has ruined it. On three occasions the store has run out of chicken. Only once did I get the correct order when using the drive-thru. They also left the lights on when they were closed so I drove in only to be rejected. Quality of customer service ranges from the polite to the downright rude. Waiting times in the drive thru were often long enough to grow facial hair. Good thing I turned the car off or I'd have run out of fuel waiting.
