Staff said hello and I did my order. Went to pay and one card didnt work. The other wrong pin and so I said can I sign. The staff had no idea what I meant and had to ask someone else. So I signed it and staff had approved it without checking signature. Normally I wouldn't care for $5 but as the card declined multiple times you would think that they would check the signature. During this whole time staff was talking to the staff next and not bothering that there was a customer there. Also forgot to give me my drink.
