I live 10 minutes drive from the store. Drove there, ordered a few things, drove home. Then realised they didnt put one of my ordered burgers in with the order!!! To be very honest, this is not the first time its happened at this store. I was naive to believe /trust that they would improve...nope, still the same...mistakes with orders!! Seriously, the job does not demand a great deal of skill to fulfil an order - How do you get it wrong that often??? (2/3 of my last visits there). If you are too distracted from your job,
perhaps stay home or go out with your friends - at least that way you dont cause as much of an inconvenience to customers. Otherwise, concentrate on the job and get it right...as a minimum! KFC Narre Warren, worst service ever and staff to chicken to serve!
Baffled how with 15+ staff on duty, they failed to serve only 2 people?
Having waited for over 10 minutes, whilst staff wandered past ignoring me
I finally decided they aren't worth my business.
KFC NARRE WARREN I just bought a spicy chicken twister that was absolutely disgusting wouldn't feed it to my dog. Rang to give KFC Narre Warren feedback and it didn't surprise me but just annoyed me even more.....MANAGEMENT with an attitude - what hope does the store have to make any improvements with their service or food when its lead by the person I spoke to. The next time I would rather go hungry than eat what (so called food) I was served.

The drive thru service at this restraunt is poor. On serveral occasions I have been waiting to be served at the speakerbox with no one infront of me and having to wait for approximately 5 mins to even place my order. I believe more staff are required to provide a better service
