It took me 20 minutes to get a 5 star box, with a lull in customers I didn't think it would be that hard to make it. I saw employees dawdling around and one on their phone. Thoroughly unimpressed when they tried to redeem themselves by giving me a free mousse when the staff whacked it down on top of my food. They needed a management who could control them and ensure them that even though it was under an hr till closing that their customer service skills should stay intact
