Well not much to say except that I can honestly not remember the last time i got what i ordered. Funny how its never in my favour, hey. Always missing nuggets, forgetting burgers or other parts of meals, refusing to give me sauce and telling me i only payed for a regular drink when i ordered a large and was told large when they repeated my order and then of course it doesnt make minimum eftpos to get a large.
I think from now ill drive the extra distance and i suggest anyone else do so also. They have their act together there.
I lived local to this KFC for many years and frequented it a number of times. 95% of the time they made errors with our orders. Anything from no extra salt on the chips when requested right through to completely forgetting part of the order.
One case we ordered a large family meal deal, and they actually forgot half the order.
I appreciate that everyone makes mistakes, but they were constant at this branch. I am unsure why.
Customer service was always pleasant, especially when we would ring up to complain. Always helpful. Just a shame they could never get the order right.
