KFC
It is in a food court. The tables in the food court are plenty. I enjoy the mash potato and gravy from here, which I often get as a snack. Sometimes I buy chips and dip these into the mash potato and gravy.
The staff seem friendly but I must concur they are a little slow. I usually choose other options when I am here for that reason.

Staff need more training. Customer service level is bad.The way the staff threw coins in my hand was very insulting. I have 20 years of experience in customer service and I have seen worst situation but u always focus on Providing good customer service. Staff needs more training and probably a different job if they can't respect the valuable customers.
Hopefully you will do something to improve customer service levels.
Everyone knows what to expect from KFC food, so I won't go into that here. What annoys me about this particular store is how slow the service is. It always looks popular because there are long lines out the front, but that is only because they take so long to prepare each order and serve. Can't they streamline their service. Instead of having staff take the order then walk up and down dodging each other to prepare it, why don't they have some staff take the orders while others compile them. Would be much quicker. But still I line up when I have KFC cravings.
What an example of bad customer service. Staff was very unprofessional throwing coins on my hand and tossing burger in the bag. Management should give this staff proper lesson how to smile n provide a good examplinary customer service.
