Sent one of the workers down to KFC @ Revesby today to buy some chicken for the workers only to have him drive back 5 to 10 min from there to our work site to find we had purchased food to wich ide call very sub standard, so with this i rang the store to tell the management of this situation they asked me did i have the receipt i said ide have to go get it from the worker who went down, they then said they would ring back in 5 min is replied ok i will give you the workers mobile you may speak with him directly.... 30 min later i was in the workshop and asked if they had rang back to wich my employee said no i thought this was perculiar so i went to the office and rang them back speaking once again with another staff gentleman i also did the first time who was the management and asked why they had not rang back to have them basically dismiss what i was saying all but call me a lier saying they has the best food in the area , now i do purchase food from there on a regular ...read more
I have just been through drive thru at Revesby & was served by a young man name Brendan and a young lady named Kathryn. The service I received was above and beyond exceptional. They were extremely polite, helpful & attentive. I have even called the store & advised the manager of how well the service was i received and was sad to hear that people dont very often take time to show their appreciation & give positive feedback, I will most definitely recommend Revesby KFC to anyone due to the outstanding service I have received.
