KFC
Every time I visit this store, I have some sort of problem - there is always something wrong. That generally means its not the staff, is bad management!!
Friday 24th May was the worse - 10 minute Que, 25minute wait for food ...no Kidding. And then they have the audacity to still mess up the order - 2 items missing!!
I have complained via the KFC website - nothing. There just don't care! Because they are the only ones in the area they think they have a captive audience

The KFC at Runaway Bay used to be pretty consistent, there was the odd wrong order but for the most part, it was good. However tonight was dismal...I’m not talking service, which is always consistently good, the chicken pieces and wings were stodgy gooey and horrible. The small amount of chicken inside was cooked okay...but after having to discard two thirds in batter, I’m sorry it’s just not good enough KFC!
I use to go to this KFC because the labrador kfc always 100% bad. I feel like some staff from labrador kfc now go to this one. Every visit there is wait on chicken. I do not understand. Different time of day and different day same story. Labrador kfc always bad though. Never have good visit to labrador kfc. Glad they closed.
