Dropped into the KFC on my way home from work as I was running late, and the kids are always up for a take away. It started off with them having no chicken fillets except for zingers so i got what I could - the chicken pieces for the kids... got home... and they were all burned with hardly any chicken left on the legs, the burger was dry, the food looked like it had just been thrown into the meal box. To say we were disappointed would be an understatement. We were so looking forward to a night of no cooking and our kfc - thats the last that place will see of me. Looked like it was left up to the kids to run!! A waste of $30 as most of it ended up in the bin. Such a shame.
I'm so sorry about your experience! I just recently got recruited into the San Souci team and I can explain their behaviour, none the less was still terrible service I agree. When serving all the food and team members prioritise the drive thru, so when it comes to the counter 1 or 2 people need to manage the whole foyer, cleaning, serving, taking orders, making sure rubbish bins aren't full. This excuse would only apply of course if they were busy.
If you had such awful service despite everything I just mentioned, I'll endeavour to make sure they receive punishment. Hopefully, you come back so I can serve you.
