This would have to be the most disgusting KFC I have ever visited. The place is sooooo filthy, inch thick dust, the walls are filthy, the floor stinks and is filthy, the front drinks cabinet is rusty, and filthy . When I arrived home, the chicken was so overcooked, it almost seemed as if it had actually been heated days ago, it was inedible. KFC sort out your franchisees; these guys are letting you down. I will never ever be going back there.
This has got to be the best KFC on the Coast offering the friendliest and most competent service.The weather was horrendous the night I ventured in but despite the place being packed, there was no issues with the meal and it all came out properly packaged and cooked fresh to order. The drive thru is easy to use and exit from but on this particular occasion I opted to go inside. The family dinner box is great value for money and the wicked wings. You even have the option to be rewarded for providing feedback on your experience. Amazing service.
I have given up on this branch. I now drive all the way to Runnaway Bay if I'm in the mood for KFC. Inept staff resulting in waiting forever for an order to only get it wrong and you have to wait even longer. Quality of food unacceptable too therefore no advantage for using this branch except for the proximity to my house which I am willing to forfeit.
