such bad service !!!!
was in drive through for 50 min. as waiting for my food a girl sprays cleaning product on it whilst cleaning. Asked for the manager and that took for ever !!!!
Then finally got my food to get home and find half of it missing!!!!
Benn trying to call the store for around 20 min and noone answers ..........
Bought a pizza down the road at dominos, brought it into the store and managed to eat the entire thing before the friend I was in with even got spoken too. Everyone inside was laughing at how terrible the service was and when my friend had the audacity to ask to swap wings to tenders it was done but we were let know that it normally isn't done but they were letting it go. This is after deciding to enter the store as the drive through service is so awful I once waited for over 30minutes just to order then another 20minutes to get my food with no apology for the wait to boot. It is by far the worst establishment for customer service and no one inside ever admits mistake or apologises for any inconvinience. From someone who works in the service industry I wish I could give a worse review:
Most awful customer service. Order 9 pcs Tuesday n chips n gravy. Got chicken and chips and the guy behind the counter said couple of minutes for gravy and I ended up waiting for 30 minutes. I gave up waiting asked for the money back and walked off. The duty manager authorize the refund didnot give any eye contact and didn't even bother the ask why I asked for a refund. This not the first time happened to me. I still went back few times thinking it will come good but tonite is the last time . Very dirty restaurant area front door and hot Box glass.
