When I went in the store was clean and service was friendly and prompt, a massive improvement since I first started going there.

The service is terrible as is the management, and the fact that you wait forever for your order is worse, and lady at the front is rude. No wonder they aren't busy but it's crazy that we had to wait half an hour for our order only to be told that our order wasnt taken when we had paid and had a recipt, an absolute disgrace.
