Store at wentworthville NSW is atrocious. 2nd drive thru was not working and i watched many other peoples orders being taken and moving past me so i moved to the order window to place my order. I was asked to park at the front to wait gor my order. Almost 30 mins had passed amd many customers either walked in or on drive thru. I entered the store asking for my order. No one could find it and the alleged store manager was very rude when she gave me the option of either waiting yet again for my order or a redund. Head office (yum) are just as useless.
