This KFC is shocking. The chicken was not cooked properly and no napkins in the box. Chicken just thrown in the box with no care.

go thru drive-thru wait for a long time and ALWAYS have to check my order as it seems they cant read, order is wrong almost every time

Always left waiting for ages in drive-thru. Never seem to have enough chicken cooked.

The cleanliness of this place is very poor. These photos were taken on a weeknight when there was hardly any customers (walk ins and drive thru). We sat down and were there for over half an hour eating and not a single staff member came out to clean. When we were leaving 2 staff members did come out with cleaning supplies but sat down at a table checking their phones and talking to each other.

So annoying when it is busy and the staff don't seem to want to move any faster. They always run out of chicken or buns or gravy not once have I been to this restaurant and received a complete order without an issue. I have complained and things do not change. Bad customer service and Management just don't care
