KFC

As a self-proclaimed KFC guru I can say that there are a lot of room for improvements for this store. Firstly, the placement of the store right on the corner of a busy foot traffic at the food court makes it really awkward to line up (as we witnessed later as the queues started to form).

The staffs were quite friendly and patient, but the long wait for the food is quite undesirable, especially considering the fact that there were practically no queues when we arrived.

Food wise, the quality is of average value, although I could personally feel the difference in the taste of the chicken which was not to my liking -- there seems to be something missing from the ingredient. Furthermore, the chips were served quite plainly (perhaps someone might have forgotten to put the salt or did not put enough).

I think this is the worst KFC I have been to. The chips are not very nice and we lined up before they closed, we got to the counter and then they told us they were closed. Didn't help we were waiting for 10 minutes beforehand!
