They've done it again! Last night I placed an order for family feast including 10 pieces of chicken but I found there were way too small pieces compared to the other ones. I returned to the store and asked to have them replaced with bigger ones. Seemingly they tried to do as requested. As soon as I arrived at home and opened the box, I felt betrayed by their deceptive trade practices. They just buried those small pieces under the other bigger ones. I promised to myself that I wouldn't ever go back to that disgusting KFC store but meanwhile I am slightly concerned about them carrying on their business in my neighborhood because they engage those young & naive workers there and instill in young minds wrong ideas about service industry. They must understand that businesses with bad practices should never fail to last long in this fiercely competitive business environment.
Absolutely disgusting service at KFC Wyoming!! Every time we go there our order is wrong and today I got a meal through drive through that was AGAIN wrong with gravy spilt everywhere and I heard a staff member say "as if it's our fault the gray spilt" DISGUSTING customer service
A strange one here !
Lazy in attentive no real interaction with the customer. One recently could not wait to get rid of the 2 customers that were there and then return to playing with her mobile phone.
And as for speech , they need elocution lessons mumble mumble mumble.
