Khao Thai Restaurant

We ordered a vegetable cashew and oyster sauce stir fry- it arrived plain vegetables, no sauce or cashews. I called and asked for them to send a new one and we could give them the order back. Instead they drove down with a table spoon of oyster sauce and a about 15 cashews. We had to mix and make our own dinner, so If you want DYI dinner it's the place for you! Also we had the beef and oyster sauce- the meat was completely fatty and had to add our own sauce, no taste. I'm really not normally one to complain but this was really bad! And they didn't even try to fix it properly. They really need to lift their game

I have had good meals here in the past, but tonight was so bad I will never be back. Spring rolls tasted like the were cooked yesterday and the pork was terrible. Honestly, I felt like I was being robbed when I paid for the meal.

Enjoyed immensely the lunch my wife and I had today at the Kao Thai Restaurant in Balgowlah. It was the first time ever that we had eaten - and drunk - there. Will definitely return. The entrees, mains and bottle of white wine we polished off with great gusto. The service was ultra pleasant and the surroundings were charmingly interesting. The fact that we left nothing on our plates is significant. Until our next Thai lunch, Kao Thai!

I go there all the time. good portions and great taste. + online ordering system lets me use AMEX. Cant complain. ;)

Ordered on a Friday night at 6 PM. Got our food at 8 PM.

It was cold. The satay chicken sticks were disgusting, mostly fat.

We threw it away. Overpriced and terrible.
