This was THE WORST CUSTOMER "SERVICE" I have ever recieved. The lady came out talking on her phone, then proceeded to patronize my partner and I as we were trying to find the measurements written down for our print. She was the rudest person I have ever encountered, she has a shocking attitude and made us feel like idiots it was just not necessary at all. All we needed was some help as we are not framing experts, but apparently this lady didn't have time for us. We ended up walking out of her store as we were not going to be spoken to like that... She even swore at me and called me an explotive when we decided to leave her store because she was just being SO RUDE!! UNBELIEVABLE!!
I hope no one spends their hard earned money here and I encourage everyone to avoid it at all costs because she is so unhelpful and unnecessarily rude.
I hope she sees this and realises she has made two potential customers feel very upset!
The customer service was very strange. Even though I was very polite and respectful, It was insinuated that I leave. I won't ever be coming back.
