Kid Factory Play Centre

I attended a bday function here last week, it was extremely hot, beyond 30 degrees and they did not have any working a/c systems just fans. The kids were extremely dehydrated and were all red faced. How can you tell a child they cant play of fear of dehydration when the play ground is right in front of them. I say do not come here on a hot day!
