Kids Design Update

I purchased an off the rack suit for my six year old son for a wedding. I did not take my son to the store as he is autistic and had some anxiety about attending the store to try on a suit. Instead, I took the suit home and had my son try it on for size and realised it was one size too big. I contacted the store and asked if I could exchange the suit for a smaller size. I was abruptly told my the management that they do not offer refunds or exchanges. I explained that as a customer I thought that was unfair and it was possibly a breach of consumer law. The management staff took this comment as a threat, yelled at me and then hung up on me.

I have never been treated like this in my life and all I asked for was an exchange not a refund. Suffice to say, I would not recommend this store and am surprised that they remain in business with such poor customer service.
