Amazing service. We came here looking at scooters and my daughter tried one that was abel to convert to a bike. She tried the 'bike' version and loved it so we bought it. In my eagerness I assembled it for her and noticed the seat was a lot higher than the tester we tried in store. We returned to the store and they were so helpful, isolating the issue and rectifying it immediately. This amazing service occurred while the store was PACKED with people, and super busy... so despite being innundated with people, they still provide great service and show that they care.

I cannot fault the service here. There was the luckiest man who was so genuinely interested in helping you locate you'd, being gorgeously caring with the children, laughing and chatting throughout the transaction. He acted as though he had the best job in the world and he makes me want to go back. Just lovely!!

A large toy shop with a variety of classic toys and new brands. I was a little overwhelmed by all the brightly coloured merchandise but it was nice browsing the aisles. The prices seem a little steep here but my only comparison is to the big Ws and Targets of this world.
