Kidz Place holds a special place in our hearts. Both my children, now 11 and 5, thrived there. Under Stephan's caring guidance, the childcare underwent remarkable improvements. The educators, alongside Stephan, have not just educated but nurtured my kids into better individuals. Amidst life's challenges, Kidz Place was a constant source of solace for my little one. When my son struggled with speech, Kidz Place arranged for a speech therapist, implementing effective techniques that transformed him into a confident, articulate child ready for school. During a tough period of job loss, Kidz Place displayed exceptional compassion, allowing a shorter notice period and teaching us a profound lesson in humanity. We are immensely grateful to have found Kidz Place. I would entrust my kids to them any day. Wishing Kidz Place a future filled with continued success and growth."

Possibly the worst experience with a professional business that I've ever encountered. As noted below by other unhappy parents, Kidzplace have terrible teaching processes, poor manners and lack general people skills. For the money you pay, you expect a minimum level of service that any business is expected to provide, yet they somehow lack to grasp the basics. After dropping off our daughter for the days she was there, we'd both be worried until the time to pick her up came.



We pulled our daughter out as soon as we could get into another daycare (which was not far at all and also few $ cheaper!). At least the teachers here take pride in their job and treat the children as their own - exactly how all child cares should be.



Do yourself a favour, even if your child is on a waiting list and Kidzplace is the first available, just hold out.. we should have.

I agree totally with the previous comment; I feel sorry for the staff at kidzplace - Management have no people skills and treats them very poorly resulting in a very high turnover in staff. Their website can't keep up with the turnover, I think the most experienced educator now has only about 6 months on the job.

They changed the way to pay fees to be only direct debit - also added a fee for this privilege of $2.

Do not send your kids here - there are plenty of other options locally that are not only cheaper but more focused on the children with much friendlier staff (we have looked around). Our child starts school next year so we decided to stick it out for the final term - otherwise we would have pulled him out and gone somewhere else next year.

Very unprofessional and uncaring place. No consistency of teachers. Many fill in teachers. No team spirit amongst teaching staff. Director rude with business mentality only! Doesn't pass on vital information to parents.
