Whatever you do AVOID this place, it should be 0 stars! I trusted Bernie for several years and as soon as business went slow he tried to rip me off! He made up some story that there was a major problem with my car and I would need to spend $2000+ on my car ASAP. You caused me a lot of stress for no reason. If it wasn't for my husband having his suspicions for a long time that you weren't genuine I would have paid the monies. I'm glad we found a genuine mechanic now and FYI there was absolutely nothing wrong with my car in the end!!! AVOID AT ALL COSTS you will be ripped off!!!!
Absolute worst customer service experience of my life. I wish I could give this business zero out of 5 stars. I bought a voucher a few weeks ago that entitled me to auto labour for a year, not including oils / parts and fluids. I thought I snagged a fantastic deal! My first major service was booked in a couple of days later. Without any consent, they carried out $290 extra work on my car. I spoke to a few other mechanics and they quoted me every part for a lot less of the price I was charged. The main issue I had was lack of authorisation. Every other mechanic I have ever been to had always called and given me a quote on any extra work after the initial check over of the car.
