I have 18 years clinical experience working predominantly in the mental health field with clients of all ages and demographics.

I have worked in the public mental health system in the community, acute crisis mental health care and inpatient mental health units (public and private). I have been in private practice for 6 years.

I have 18 years experience in providing long term psychological therapies and counselling as well as short solution focused approaches. For the last three years I have been working as a private practitioner at Headspace (a youth mental health service)., and before that I was in private practice on the NSW Central Coast for several years.

I understand the unique issues facing City, rural and semi rural communities, having worked for 12 years in Gosford and Wyong as well as the inner city of Sydney.

I have extensive experience working with adults and youth individually, in groups and in the family context.

I also have a sound knowledge of the education system as it relates to students with various disabilities and I'm always happy to assist in these areas as required. Furthermore, I?m also happy to assist with Centrelink and housing as it relates to my client?s overall sense of wellbeing.

I work predominantly from an eclectic approach ie: I cater my approach to the individual client. Therapies include:
Systems, CBT, Solution Focused, Narrative, Scheme Focused, interpersonal, Acceptance and Commitment, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, art and play, amongst others.

My individual session fee is $130
Medicare Rebate - $74 with receipt ie: You pay up front & claim back from Medicare). Reduced rates and bulk billing for pensioners
