Would never go back to this shop had two rings cleaned and clasps redone and then 2 weeks later the diamond fell out. The second ring was resized and this ring snapped two days later. Shop will take no responsibility told me it was my fault for knocking the ring. I had the wedding and engagement ring for 25 years never a problem untill he fixed the clasps. Never go there.
Yesterday, on referral, we took a diamond engagement ring to Kim Ngoc Jewellers for re-sizing which was done as a walk-in taking about 40 minutes, had to ask for the small section of gold band that was removed.. Woke up this morning and one of the stones had fallen out overnight. Went back to the jeweller today and he said he couldn't do anything about it at all and said he had told us yesterday that by resizing down 2 sizes that stones could be come loosened (untrue). Didn't offer a refund or options at at all.
Very disappointed with this result obviously, now have to find another jeweller to replace the lost stone and make good all the settings :-(
