first time worts experience ever. i used to cut my hair there but not any more i guess after this happened. Staff was really rude (her name's anna. white skin and tall). She cut my hair like wanting to hurt me. She was trying to show her attitude as well like throwing Scissors, and asked how do i want my hair cut with snapped tone. she seems like she hates her job. i guess that place's better without staff like here. i wont go there anymore

I really like it here because it feels less pretentious, yet is a step up from a walk in walk out barber or hairdresser. Wide open space, phone chargers available, great staff and there's a dermatologist upstairs offering non surgical remedies.

Im pleased to see Annie at Pitt Street back at work after having a baby. She's the best hairdresser. I have been coming to Annie for the last 3 years. Im very grateful to have such a lovely hairdresser.

I went to had a $35 hair treatment in KSY george street, and one of the girl asked me if I want to blow dry my hair. I said of course I want to blow dry my hair, should I walk down the street with wet hair? Then they charged me $75, $40 for blow dry. Not styled, nothing, it was literally just a simple and quick blow dry.

I am a typical guy who just wants a simple clean cut... I've also been going to Kim Sun Young for years now and the quality of their cuts have fallen off (new people). The last 2 times I've had a haircut they have made the back of my head look as if a puppy has been gnawing on it. I felt like it was going to go bad both times when the hairdresser didn't seem confident and kept on fiddling with the shaver at the back of my head (they should be honest and take it slow if inexperienced). If you are looking to get a quick style-free cut, this place will be ok (22 bucks for a men's shampoo and cut ain't too bad). For anything more sophisticated than the buzz cut (ladies that's you) please beware. #reviewtowin
