Today I returned a watch given to me as a present. As I have many watches I asked if I could exchange it for something else. The young lady was very knowledgeable,customer focused and made me feel, even thought I was taking up a lot of her time, very comfortable.

She is a credit to the business and I wish the business well. I walked away with a very pleasant out come to something I was hesitant about, all due to her customer service.

My partner surprised me with a gorgeous engagement ring while we were holidaying in Phuket. He had purchased the ring from Kimmy Jewellery and it was the most gorgeous ring I had ever seen. The only problem was the ring way too big, on our return we went back to the store to organize the re-sizing which they were happy to organize for a fee of course. I picked up the ring a week later and noticed that the brand new ring had scratches all over, plus you were able to see a visible line where the initial cut was made to make the ring smaller.
