We used this service for our elderly mother for general in home assistance, such as light cleaning and shopping. VERY VERY disappointing. No consistency of care; poor communication; very disrespectful attitude towards our mother. Staff are hopeless and carers are backpackers or nearly as old as our mother. DO NOT RECOMMEND this service.
