Very poor customer service. Buyer beware once they take your money they cease to care.
Patronising staff who show no accountability.

Different to other King Stores, they have a discount area,
Old stock or things people ordered and never finalised the sale , so there a bit of a discount to be enjoyed.

Good quality furniture. Bought my ottoman 3 yrs back, and it still looks new.

But be warned- if you leave your phone number, they will call you every week until you buy the sofa from them. I got so sick of the calls that I stopped picking up, and did not end up buying sofa from them.

I can't speak highly enough of the King Furniture products. I recently went there to buy another sofa, Baby Jasper this time, to add to the Delta I bought ten years ago. The sofas are steel sprung, so never sag, and hold their shape amazingly well.

I've always been happy with the shop service, but I have to say the behind the scenes admin staff could be a little more efficient with returning calls promptly and with liasing with the delivery department without asking the customer to do this. Also, there was a spelling mistake with the street name, which wasn't corrected until mentioned a second time (an errror which could have caused major problems on delivery day).

Having said that, I would never buy a quality sofa anywhere else, and recommend King highly, especially as they now have a King Care division, which looks after cleaning and fabric protection application whenever your sofa needs it.

Really nice in the store. It turns out they completely mixed up our delivery arrangements. The only one interested in fixing the problem just prior to the promised date was from head office. Showroom people just terrible.
