Good quality and stylish , lasts for years. Show room is chic, don't ever pay full price , wait for it to go on sale ( quite frequently ). They do the order then you pay a deposit , it is made in China, it gets delivered after you have paid the balance. Not wildly expensive but not dirt cheap either.
I bought a cream leather lounge suite here about eight years ago. It's still in great shape but someone in our household - somehow - broke the back cushion off one of the armchairs. The fabric was ripped and the mdf backing completely stuffed.
I took the cushion back to the store and explained what happened.
They not only repaired it within days with no charge but delivered it back to me.
In these days of retailers wringing every last dollar out of the consumer - I consider that level of help and service to be absolutely extraordinary!
Retailers believe that customers no longer have the ability to be loyal but perhaps that is generated by a lack of generosity in retailing? I will definitely buy my next lounge suite from King Furniture - they know how to treat their customers. Thank you! Amanda
On weekends this place is busy, You have to wait for a while to get the attention of a sales person and you have to show them you are keen to buy or the chances of them serving another customer is high. The couches are great though, really good designs and slightly on the pricier side - but you get what you pay for. I highly recommend the leather Jasper.
