King Kitchens & Wardrobes

We decided (against my better judgement) to use King Wardrobe for a second time. We got them to install 3 wardrobes and well, we are still waiting for problems with our December 2012 installation to be rectified. The doors our wardrobes required were 2.7 metres high so one staff was sent to install all three wardrobes. Not only did they dent our newly painted walls and mark our newly laid floorboards with their circular saw but left quite a mess behind. On closer inspection of their work upon cleaning up, our newly installed skirting boards were cut wrongly so there are gaps between the wardrobe and skirtings and within 2 days the doors on 2 of our wardrobes began to warp. My husband called them immediately and he even stopped the credit card payment until the doors were fixed (our bank's performance on that front is a whole other story); well as of May 2013, we are still waiting for our doors to be fixed. Avoid, they will waste your time. I used this company in 2010 and they were good, a few small imperfections and they left a bit of a mess during install but I'm not that fussy. However as of November 2012 they have the worst customer service of any business I have encountered. It took 3 phone calls from me (after a no show appointment) just to get someone to come and do a quote and when they did they never sent the quote through to us. Don't waste your time, I'm surprised they are still functioning as a business as apparently they don't want customers. I'm very disappointed with them and I tried hard not to be, giving them many chances.

Extremely satisfied with service which was fast,friendly affordable. Reliable in turning upon the day booked. Very efficient and professional work, highly recommended. We have had them come out twice now to do three separate jobs and are very happy with the quality of workmanship.

Very happy with the customer service (ask for Justin!) and the final product was excellent. There price was the most competitive and offered a huge array or accessories. You can choose cheaper timbers through to very high end polyurethane... Very easy process with a great final result... Thank you (I'm not sure if the old wardrobe should have been taken away as part of the final price)

just had my house fitted with 4 wardrobes a linen and walk in robe. from start to finish no fault. sales rep is fantastic was listening to my needs un like other companies i had out to quote that were selling me what they wanted to. installers were great arrived on time. received a call from rep before arriving, office day before install ,and fitter before arrival on the day.



would recommend to any family and friends.
