My son recently had an accident, severing the top of his thumb. we entered the EMERGENCY Ward for attention. He was attended to immediately. Before I had even completed the mandatory paperwork, he was placed upon a gurney & was attended to by the doctor. In less than one hour the paperwork was completed, six stitches were inserted, the attending doctor displayed due care & a sense of humour which was greatly appreciated; and we were on our way home. All of this occurred on the Sunday of the Easter long weekend. There were plenty of other patients about, we weren't the only ones needing attention. The attention & execution of duties displayed by the staff was exemplary. I am from the south east corner where money to build the "beautiful" medical monuments is aplenty.
