I never leave reviews however I had two really disappointing experiences with this practice without even making it to the dentist's chair!!
My first visit, I arrived at the dentist (quite late in the day I might add) to be told by reception that the dentist was away sick & they would have to reschedule. Accepting this was a simple mistake that they had not called me, I rescheduled.
The second occassion I was running a couple of minutes late. I arrived at the dentist to be told the dentist had packed up & left for the day! (No call to ask whether I was on my way or anything..) Even more disappointing was the receptionist's attitude about me being so late - she was incredibly rude. If it had been longer, I certainly would've called however didn't think this would be an issue being less than 5 minutes!
Unfortunately, after these 2 encounters it's safe to say I will not step foot in this dentist again!

I am Sorry to hear what happened with you, I tried to check our records and I couldn't find in our appointment book anything similar that happened during this mentionned date.
Anyway as manager of the practice I am always ready to hear and solve any serious complaint.
We always strive for excellence and if it happens that a Doctor is sick or your are late it is something that could happen with anybody, I would encourage you to call us and give us your real name so we can investigate why this mishap happened.
We always value our patient and we don't want to have similar issues in the future.
