Got my car resprayed and repaired here at kpp and it came out very good , and was please with the way everything got done .. definitely worth getting your car repaired here . Also was happy dealing with dave and how friendy he was through the whole process ..

I had a rear ender and I just picked up my car yesterday 26 nov 2012 and what you described is mrobbo is 100% true because this is what I experienced aswell. The boot does not line up with the lights and the bumper and I can stick my finger thru. Nothing lines up. Extremely poor quality of work carried out. Water is gushing into my boot.

As I was checking my car, I was told the same thing to call them and given a card but they were not rude.

This repairer was chosen by AAMI to repair my car. In dealing with Kings Park Prestige on the phone they were helpful but upon arriving to pick up my car they were rude. I wasn't told anything about the repairs that were done, I was simply given my car keys, a business card and told to call Kings Park Prestige if there were any problems.

Walking over to my car I could immediately see the bonnet, lights and bumper did not line up even when I was 10 meters away. On close inspection this was very obvious. The paint job was poor, with many bubbles all over it. When I brought this to the attention of one of the repairers they were not surprised and were obviously aware that it wasn't repaired correctly.

I now need to take my car back to the repairers, have everything correctly aligned and resprayed. I would not recommend this repairer to anyone.
